Our manufacture

Rolstech has it's own industrial facility in Sergiev Posad, Moscow Region. Technical staff includes professionals with long-term experience in designing, manufacturing and operating the pharmaceutical equipment.

Here we do both mass production of machines for pharmaceutical industry and also make very special and unique parts and units for our clients. Here we also do test runs of clients’ products, including complicated laboratory investigations for tablet formulas. We integrate machines into lines for our clients and equip them with all kinds of control devices under customers’ requirements. We provide both mechanical and software repairs as part of our service.

Our factory is equipped with the modern hi-tech equipment. We have our own design office to make detailed drawings, necessary for manufacture, in short terms. It also helps us to provide designing and servicing on our clients' order. The warehouse for the ordered equipment storage and service department are also located here.

The history of our plant has begun with the printer manufactured under the entirely innovative technology. The printer is intended for marking variable data on packing boxes and unlike its analogs compressed air is unnecessary. Being 100% mobile it has quickly gained popularity in pharmaceutical industry. After such a success the batch production of printer has been launched and the staff of the company was increased. About 20 persons work at the factory now and the quantity of employees is going to be increased. New samples of the equipment are constantly developing.
