Service

The group of maintenance service of company "ROLSTECH" consists of professional engineers and designers who provides starting-up and adjustment works, the help and maintenance service on a guarantee and contractual basis to all customers in territory of Russia, the CIS countries and the Eastern Europe.

Service Employees have extensive experience in working with equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. Many service engineers, including chief engineer Vladimir Lisitsyn, have extensive experience in start-up and commissioning of machines, production lines, machine integration into existing lines in the pharmaceutical enterprises of the Russian Federation and CIS countries.

«ROLSTECH» provides free manuals for all equipment in English and Russian languages. The documents include instructions for installation, operation and maintenance, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical schemes. Additionally copies of the software can be sent.
